Mohsen Hamza, M.D. is a prominent clinical neurologist specializing in adult as well as child neurology. Having been in practice since 1988, Dr. Hamza's West Los Angeles office offers a State-of-the Art Neuro-diagnostic laboratory, which is equipped to provide EEG, Evoked Potentials, EMG, Nerve Conduction Studies, Doppler Vascular studies and offers neurological care for industrial and personal injuries.

Dr. Hamza attended Mansourah University in Egypt, where he obtained his undergraduate and medical doctorate degrees. He completed his internship and residency at Louisiana State University, followed by a fellowship in Neurology at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Hamza is Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

In 1988, Dr. Hamza was appointed as Assistant Professor of Neurology at Charles Drew Medical School and UCLA. He is American Board certified and has hospital affiliations with Santa Monica - UCLA, St Vincent's Medical Center, Olive View - UCLA, and St. John's Health Center, Santa Monica.

Dr. Hamza was designated by the California Board of Industrial Medicine as a Qualified Medical Examiner. He is an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Hamza has written several publications and has presented many lectures to regional and national scientific groups. He has been a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Child Neurological Society and the Association of California Neurologist..
